Why Plenty?

Not for those seeking a virgin for a sadist love story with a “happy” ending. Of all my accomplishments, Plenty ranks near the top of the list. Why? In 2015, I wrote Award-Winning Plenty fueled by Fifty Shades fury and Hunger Games awe. Plenty of punch back, not push back makes sense.Two radically different books with resonating messages. Fifty popularizes, even sugarcoats,  the idea of a submissive, innocent, young woman controlled by an Alpha sadist Billionaire. Hunger Games uplifts and inspires. Noble smart Katniss owns her power, doesn’t give it away and earns a leadership role in life. Do you think Anastasia would make Katniss or Scarlett O’Hara grimace? Anastasia makes me retch. Entire collections of Alpha Billionaires have emerged in the wake of Fifty’s success. In theory, if a handsome shirtless man depicted on a book cover catches my attention, I’ll smile, clasp my hands together over my heart, in acknowledgment of the eureka moment, click and clench the sale. Honestly, I’ve seen so many shirtless men gracing the front covers that I yawn at the sight and look for something more original and artistic.
